Sally is a Florida-based destination wedding designer & planner known for creating immersive, editorially driven celebrations with a distinctly refined point of view. With a decade-long foundation in Michelin-level hospitality and award-winning beverage programs, her work is rooted in precision, service, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

She is uniquely equipped to design and orchestrate weddings, having worked in every sector herself. Her design foundation is rooted in the belief that a wedding is many things at once: a temporary restaurant, a high-concept bar, sometimes built from the ground up; a show with entertainment; a space decorated beautifully with florals, décor, and stationery; a fully branded experience executed on a timeline. Her experience across each of these areas allows her to see the big picture, bring vendors together, and direct the vision with clarity. She weaves hospitality, entertainment, and design into a single cohesive experience, curating every detail while guiding the day from concept to flawless execution.
A certified sommelier, Sally began her career in bar leadership, developing cocktail programs recognized nationally and featured in Forbes, Punch, Liquor.com, Imbibe, and the Chicago Tribune. She trained within Strategic Hospitality, a James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-recognized group, where excellence, structure, and elevated guest experience became central to her design philosophy.

Her transition into large-scale event production began as Director at The Floridian Social, where she led talent buying and produced live performances for nationally recognized artists including Pierce The Veil, Grouplove, The Revivalists, Andy Biersack, Judah & The Lion, and Big Gigantic.
She then went on to produce bespoke, full scale events of her own, attracting hundreds of people to each one year after year.

Sally’s work evolved into destination weddings through a natural progression, pairing her operational expertise with a deep investment in visual storytelling.
Following two years of formal floral study, she developed a fully integrated design practice spanning florals, tablescapes, bar programs, rentals, and entertainment.
